Takshu.com — amount debited, product not delivered and refund also not processed | |||
sir, i made a online purchase on[protected] in the website www.takshu.com for a sum of Rs 16748 from my kotak bank account via netbanking- payment id 25326499, the website contact numbers are 1.[protected], 2.[protected], email ids - [protected]@takshu.com, [protected]@takshu.com - the amount is debited via payment gateway EBS - [protected]@ebs.in, but the merchant failed to supply my product and on june 4th send me a mail stating ur amount will be refund and it will be processed through EBS, but still now amount has not been credited, i am contacting the merchant via phone and mail but no response, from the payment gateway www.ebs.in also no response. please help me in get back my money sir. With reference to your trailing mail, I am still awaitingfor the refund of Rs.15648/- against the cancelled order no.-3912 on date24.06.2014 of Products
2x Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 S7582 (Black) (Samsung Galaxy SDuos 2 S7582).
As you assured me through mail and oral also that we have cancelled the order and processed yourrefund through payment gateway "EBS".
You will received your full amount through EBS Shortly.
but still IT WAS NOT REFUNDED INMY ACCOUNT. We have many times try to made call on given mobile no.[protected], but getting no response, alsowe have sent the mail to <[protected]@takshu.com>, but no response.
Please look into the matter and help to refund the amount atearliest.

I had cancelled my order on 05/06/14 but till now i haven't got my refund
of Rs 21848. I had called and mailed many times to takshu.com but there
is no response from them.
