Talkie Town — Incomplete Screening of a movie

Name of Movie Theater : Talkie Town, Hyderabad Movie Screened: Captain America - The Winter Soldier Date: 10/4/2014 Show time: 9-30pm Issue: The post-credit scene of the movie was not played. It is an integral part of Avenger's movie sequel. I was not encouraged by the technicians about this as if I was making this up. Their argument, "we have been screening this movie for 7 days, 28 shows in total and you are the 1st person to come up with an issue." Sounds like since I am the only one to have come up with the issue, I have to be wrong about it. I have a couple of videos of the technicians and manager present admitting that they did not screen the end-credits scene for the past 28 shows. So all the viewers of the 28 shows have been cheated. Please help. Suggest something that I can do about this.
