Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Meter stuck up complaint (Exist upto 4 months)

TNEB New connection meter struck up, we noticed last July-2015.
1.Registered a complain by manually on 1st week of Aug.15
2.Also submitted an online complaint (Complaint Id:[protected] -27.07.15) via TANGEDCO website.
Now still problem exist
on the website complain status shows 18.08.2015 closed, but actually not.
