HI I Am residing @ Nagelkeni Pallavaram. We have Power shut down From Morning 6 0 clock, We have Contacted the Customer Care Number and Booked A Complaint on the same, they said some fault is there it wil be restored in some time. Time Now is 4:25 PM Till Now power supply has not restored, We have contacted the the Respective AE [protected], and another DE [protected] Both the Numbers are switched off from Morning. When we try reaching Customer Care 1912, they are telling no response from your EB office, they are asking me to go and have a check in EB office and tell the status of it nu. Very pathetic, disorderly People are still Working in Goverment office. Very bad. We have old peoples in my house without basic stuff like water is not there. Think about the situation, Human less creatures. They will be rewarded nicely for this behaviour. Was this information helpful? |
Even we are facing the same issue from yesterday (9th Nov, 2015) - No power in our house and few more houses in our street in Mandaveli. And the situation has still not resolved. Its been 2 whole days and no person have come to restore the connection. No proper response in the customer care number 1912 or the AE (who has switched off his mobile).
