Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB) Post Problem — Post totally damaged and no power during night

Dear Officers, first, is this complaint would be taken care ? We are from below address facing no street lights during night and post was totally damaged at bottom, if there is small ventilation also post will fall on our home and sure cause the public(we) damages even death . Since from 2 years we conveyed same to village superiors(they are not caring public hence they called Government officers ) but no action. Is the way they handle the situation?
