[Resolved]  Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — change of burned cable

In kulathur, Gandhi nagar 2nd st Chennai-600099 (backside PNR EB) My consumer number[protected] During recent rain in Oct.2014 the above st.cable connection having three houses was burned and temp.arrangements were made by giving over head connection by purchasing cable in open markets due to stagnation of rain water in the street and not able to dig the grounds.Till now no cable fault is rectified even to complaints given in person or over phone. Kindly take speedy action to rectify the problem as the rain water on the grounds were gone.
