Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — frequent power cut at my residence after 16th may ,after the local transformer repair

My residence is facing frequent power cut after may16th .On MAY 16th there was a big fire at the local transformer in East kamakodinagar, valasaravakkam, which was repaired by EB local team, Ever since, at least 5 times there has been power cut at my residence (3/10. east kamakodi nagar, valasaravakkam). My residence is supposed to be a 3 phase connection and for quite sometime only 1 or 2phase works .
