Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — low voltage issue

Dear sir I am sundari. We are residing in karaipatti, trichy district.our service no is [protected].region is trichy and section thuvarankuruchi and distribution karaipatti. For past 2 weeks we 've low voltage supply. We can able to use only lights and fans.cant use grinder and fridge and motor etc.we are suffering a lot.
