Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — My Payment has not been refunded yet and no customer service to contact through phone | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I ( K.RAVI CHANDRAN ) with the TNEB Service no. #[protected] would like to register a complaint against TANGEDCO for not refunding my payment which i have made on 21/12/2014 . when i paid . their service got some network issues, so my fund got stucked online, after few days when i checked on their website, they just showed " recommended for refund " status on the customer support page. i've been waiting for 10 days, since i've not got any payment refunded made by credit card and also i couldn't able to call the customer care because of no numbers available on their website on this issue. As a customer, i just want to know whats happening, what happened to my payment, still not have been initiated by them as per my credit card customer care's response. I am feeling quiet uncomfortable with the tangedco bill payment service right now. Henceforth, i wanted the technical team to call me for this refund issue or they want me to refund me to my credit card ASAP. Thanking you.
