[Resolved] Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — New meter was fixed without any notification upon no request

Sir, My Name is Narsimman S/O Vijaya consumer number is [protected] (commercial service) on that old meter (number 3249942) was changed into new one (Meter No: 2178672) on 22/05/2015 without any notification from the concerned department of TNEB of Pudupet region under Tirupattur circle Vellore district. So please tell me what reason to my old meter was changed without any request to change of meter even on well condition.
