Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — No power of one phase

I am residing at old No. 53, New No.6, 3rd main road, R.A.puram, Chennai-28. For the past three days out of 3 phases one phase is not working which resulted in non functioning A.C in my house as well as the lift is not working. I and my co residents contacted Ph nos 24937383 and 28524422. Several times we made complaint. To-day I went to santhome E.B .Office in the morning and met the A.E and told the matter. He replied it will be rectified. But nobody has attended. Without lift elderly people find it difficult to move out. This is happening frequently atleast twice in a month.
