Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — One Phase is not working & Low Voltage Problem

Dear sir, I live in 16 Alamelumangapuram 1st Main Road, Madipakkam, Chennai 600091. For the last two months one phase is not working in our house and we have given complaint so many times till now no response from the concerned authorities. Also, there is a low voltage problem for the last 3 months due to which many electronic appliances are not work and many equipments have been spoiled. Kindly look into the matter
