In Erode district. Gobi Distribution circle, Sathyamangalam Taluk Rural north JE is doing many irregular activities he is not accepting to give new EB connection even, We have house tax in name of me & my mother without having rights & documentation no one can get a municipal commissioner approved house tax receipts, when consumer provides house tax receipt after wiring done to home TNEB should give us new connection after amount had been paid, But They are refusing to give new EB connection, Regarding this while asking a reason for rejection JE informed us we had received a complaint petition that the home belongs to some one, We asked how its possible we have House tax receipt, did they have we asked copy of that complaint petition also he refused to give us after that to know the details of that complaint in Right Information Act-2005 we passed a letter to SUPERINTENDING ENGINEER / GOBI ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION CIRCLE / T.N.E.B., 132-D, CUTCHERY STREET / GOBI - 638 452, Via registered post with acknowledgement dated 12.12.2014, They registered our complaint as number;57/2014 dated 17.12.2014 & replied via registered post with acknowledgement with copy marked to Superintending Engineer, Athani road, Sathy for a request of reply to us, But for 1 month period i did not received any reply again i raised complaint for this issue in Right Information Act-2005 to SUPERINTENDING ENGINEER / GOBI ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION CIRCLE / T.N.E.B., 132-D, CUTCHERY STREET / GOBI it registered as 05/2015 dated 23.01.2015 in this they stated that the concern officer had replied for our complaint on 19.01.2015 & also i received the same as registered 031/2014 dated 19.01.2015 with petition copy of its one month delay for my first complaint dated on 12.12.2014 we are suffering lot issues After raise of second complaint after one month period we are receiving details in RIGHT INFORMATION ACT ITS TOO DELAYED We had all documents for all this process flow with concern officers authorized
