[Resolved]  Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — unable to make online payment

Till last month, I was able to make payment through online, but unable to do so this month.

Also noticed that my previous amounts was an average of 800, but this month its increased to 3500. During the month of May, I was out of station for almost 15 days, hence the amount should be lesser than previous months.

Requesting to check the same and solve both issues.
