[Resolved]  Tanishq — Haven't refunded money

I invested in their scheme in which I was depositing rs 10000 every month. The scheme was after 11 payments they will add 1 payment by them self and than I can buy jewellery according to my choice in that amt. I paid them for 1.8 yrs and the government told them to close this scheme. I have paid them in total rs 1, 70, 000 and now from last four months I am trying to get my money back and they r just sending me different forms to fill and saying that once that is done they will pay me. It's been 4months and bit over but still nothing from their end. I have send them so many emails for refund but they r just ignoring it. So now I m ready to go in court and also thought to put complaint here as people can know what frauds can happen.
