Tastykhana.in — No Update on the Refund for Order No NJSYNNNBZJ

I have had a terrible experience with Tasty Khana with my order . Even after receiving order confirmation my order was not delivered and when I got in touch with the restaurant I was told there was no such order. I raised a refund request for which I got an email response saying they would initiate my refund within 2 working days, as of now its been one week and so far I havent received any updates even after multiple follow ups and nobody answers when we call to the customer care. The status in the website says its pending My order # NJSYNNNBZJ
