Dear Sir/Mam, With repectively I want to inform you that myself Rashmi Agrahari policy number C[protected] has been open a policy with rupees 12099/- premium amount as on date 26-Aug-2015 and recieved the policy bond at date of 8-sep-2015. But due to some personal problem i want to cancel it. I have done all process of cancel is CAMS office & home branch Sultanpur & main Branch Faizabad but they did not properly response me about cancelled. After all they did not accept policy bond cancel duration free look. Although I have start this process at 8-september-2015.
