Tata AIA Life — Non Receipt of Payment Receipt for my policy C[protected] | |||
I paid my life insurance premium on 30 th Jan 2015 but i am yet a receive a reciept for the same. I paid it online. Iniitally when i contacted the customer care, they said it would take 48 hours . After 48 hrs i again contacted them, they said it might take another 48 hours . As my due date for submission was approaching i decided to directly go to the branch and get a premium receipt . The customer care was not able to provide one. I am unable to understand that what is the problem in giving the premium receipt ( NOT A PREMIUM CERTIFCATE WHICH IS GIVEN AFTER DUE DATE). IF I AM UNABLE TO GET THE RECEIPT FOR THE MONEY I HAVE PAID WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS IT TATA AIG GIVING.THERE IS NO OPTION ONLINE TO GET THE PREMIUM PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. IF TATA AIG IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE RECEIPT FOR THE PREMIUM I MADE WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE IS IT. I AM PLANNING TO CLOSE MY POLICY AND TAKE LEGAL COURSE AS ACTON AS PER LAW I AM ENTITLED TO GET ATLEAST GET AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, RECEIPT FOR THE MONEY I AM PAYING. Was this information helpful? | |||
