Tata AIA Life — Policy Updatation and Renewal | |
Hello,
I hold a Car insurance policy # [protected]. My Policy expiry date is 5-Feb-2015.
I have made the payment in advance after receiving call from Tata-AIG personnel begged more than 20 times to make it online for commission purpose by giving one link, even after I told I will make payment at the Office so that I can get the policy updated immediately.
That Great criminal promised that I will get soft copy within 4 hours, or atleast policy will get updated so that I can print it online. However I have been calling on Thursday, Friday and Saturday also I have complain # 3537281 registered. No customer representative is giving promise that you can drive the vehicle and all the benefits are covered. Till now no progress from your end. Is this what professional thief? Instead you can really go and beg in front of the street for money.
I myself was Ex-TATA employee long ago. This is not what TATA is known for. No wonder why TATA fires employee. Pathetic service.
Is anybody sincere in your team who cares for customer? If so reply me at the earliest with solution. I am going to escalate this case If I don't get my problem solved ASAP and withdraw policy, and retire all Tata products. Was this information helpful? | |
