Tata AIG Insurance — Claim not give and misbehaving

Misbehaving by pradeep singh bist agent code 8732957, I have call many times for claim but they did not respond properly and I have cancle my policy but till date I have not got my refundable amount . Please get the solutions otherwise I will got court.
