Tata AIG Insurance — More than 1 month in garriage waiting for the claim from AIG. | |||
Hi I have an compressive insurance for my X-Trail with Tata AIG and my vehicle met with an accident . I have filed a claim and the claim number is[protected]. I kept the car with Surya Nissan on June 11. You guys took more than 2-3 weeks to come up with an assessment ( I don’t know why this delay ). Last week your senior guy approved for some parts which are cheapest in the list and told that I dint maintain the car properly.so he cannot approve the claim for others. It is a 9+ yr old car :). As far I know maintaining the car is an individual’s choice and just because of not maintaining the bumpers or another non related parts will not make other parts which got the damage in the accident non claimable. The damage happened just above the cross member where there is a visible oil leakage. There is also issue in the gear area where anybody can hear a thud sound when driving The only approval has given to cross member where there is no visible issue and ignored the visible issues in gear linkage area and thuds sound which come while driving.
