Tata AIG Insurance — Sanctioning of motor car claim | |||||
Dear sir/mam, I am ashok kumar agrawal. I have insured my new Hyundai Eon car (Policy No. – GP[protected] from your company. I have meet with a accident on 31st oct15 at Jaipur highway. one car came wrong side for avoiding the accident I am taking left suddenly through which my car will be strikes on a pole from left side through which my left side door will be damaged and at same time a truck that comes from my back side applies brakes through which that truck touch my back side body slowly.in over all situation I have get dents on left side doors and back side deege and left side back light will be crashed and back bumper will be minor damaged. Now surveyor is telling that he can only sanction only left side damage and if I want to repair the other side I have to register another claim for which I am not convinced. I have submit my car on 3rd nov.2015 to the shiel Hyundai garage and waiting for approval. Now today, after 13 days company will says you have sanction only left side door claim. Only one call today they ll make to the customer post inspection, and I couldn't receive that. No followup calls. The hyundai service guys too share their plight dealing with tata aig guys, unprofessional, hopeless characters. customer calls are not received, text messages are ignored. System is down most of the time. First and last time with tata aig. I have cancelled the policy . Now at last I am very tired with company. I am trying last time now I am going to consumer court.
