[Resolved] Tata Capital — ECS mandate not recieved even though the tata capital person took all document | |||||
Team, I have purchased a AC from crome and took through tata capital finance ECS with my citi bank . installment date was on 3rd october however money didnt deducted on same date and however on 7th october i got a message "your ecs for 3840 aganist contract 5193086 is returned for reason mandate not received . !!! i was shocked the agent from croma bangalore bel road took all duly signed document from me with check as well. I need a immediate clarification what has happend to those document collected from me from the crome branch in new BEL road Bangalore . Cromee manager is the witness for the same . now i am seeing lot of such complaint form customers of tata capital !!!
