Tata Capital — Not processing of personal loan

Dear Sir,
i have Applied Personal Loan from Tata Capital in last week, after submitting of All Documents Properly, All Verifications had been Done from Company,
i provides them all details with Documents
but in last minute company calls me for regret for not approval
the reason behind non [processing is that they can not do verification of My Permanent Address ( Bikaner ) which is on National Highway.
this is not My fault so why the can not do this. why the can'nt explain it before Documents Process.
