Tata Card — Worst costumer Care Service

Very very disghusting customer care service and the IVR process sucks. Having around 5000 reward points. Calling to the TATA empower cards Helpline, the person tells that I have called to LOST Card department.Such a disghusting service you provide to the customers in the rewards scheme. Do you think keeping a customer on hold for about 15-20mins is a respectable thing. The company itself needs to be filed a case. Every time I call the IVR its a big hell of it to follow the jumbling process. Hate the Tata Credit Card!!! Card number: [protected]
