Very very disghusting customer care service and the IVR process sucks. Having around 5000 reward points. Calling to the TATA empower cards Helpline, the person tells that I have called to LOST Card department.Such a disghusting service you provide to the customers in the rewards scheme. Do you think keeping a customer on hold for about 15-20mins is a respectable thing. The company itself needs to be filed a case.
