Dear sir / madam,
I have a tata photon 3g internet connection no. [protected] since last year.

I am associated with tata since 7 years by taking first connection of tata indicom then it upgrade to photon+ and later it update to 3g.

I would like to make your attention that i am not getting the 3g speed in my network area though i have paid the 3g modem price & also paying the 3g plan charges.
I had contacted many times to customer care of tata, but all the time they told that this is a high utilization area and we cannot do anything for that. Please find the trail mail.

Last time they send their engineer for investigation & he also admitted the same issue & send the complaint to technical department for resolution saying that they would resolve your issue.
But the issue is not yet resolve.
After that i got a call from their customer care department they offer me a discount of 50% in my monthly bill. But unable to give me permanent solution.

I request you to kindly intervene in this case & ask the tata to take my connection & internet modem back & refund my modem price.

I had raised a complaint on 25th jan 2015 of request no.[protected], your customer care executive gave me the resolution that you have to utilise only 2g network because you resides in high utilising area.

I am a regular customer since last 8 - 9 years (Tata indicom & tata photon plus) .

Request you to resolve my problem as i am not satisfied by your services or else cancell my connection & byeback my modem & return my money.
