My self Hemant Kishor Salvi, I stay at charniroad near chirabazar,
My complaint is that from 6 to 7 month we didn't receive tata landline bill at home address which is permanently register at their office when landline is book. So they cut the line without giving the bill and they didn't inform also, also charge more if pay date is gone. We have to call them on customer care no to give our bill on time at home but they didn't listen this going on from 6 to 7 month.
So sir I book this complaint so we receive tata bill on time at home at every month

We are sorry to say that... you organization is totally failed in all the aspects (services, products, communication, quality etc. etc.)
Better you close down this business and think over another source (Bhel, tea, Xeroxing etc. etc)
