Tata Communications — Worst Service | |||
I am using tata broadband last six months, last month i am facing so many network issues. I have registered as much as possible complaints regarding that, but there is no response. After that they have solved my issues 4 weeks later(almost 1 month). So i have not used their service past one month, but they have placed bill for that. So i have decided to cancel that connection and wrote one mail to their department with my full details including all the information they want. But they replied me back they wont able to find my details in their end. First of all its not my problem, i have tried to contact their customer care too. they also replied same way. But their billing department only know my details i dont know how it is. They asking me to pay the pending dues. I clearly told them about my problem. But they dont care about my issue. They only want amount. they spoke with me very hoarsely. i really dont want this connection. I am ready to pay my dues too. But i want solution for that. Was this information helpful? | |||
