[Resolved]  Tata Croma — AC Cooling Issue

My croma ac had cooling issues and logged case with you. Below are the trouble i faced;

18th feb - logged case with croma repesentative

19th feb - engineer visited my house and confirmed that it was a gas issue & will be filled the next day.

22nd feb - again called croma representative stating no one visited the site for gas filling. The next day another engineer visited the site and said its an ac issue and he needed to take ac inner & outdoor unit to the service center for repair and will fix in 2 days.

26th feb - again called croma as i did not get any response from the service guys.

29th feb - after repeated calls and follow up, they updated me that ac unit has no issues and it is the cable issue. I confirmed that it would not be the issue, but they argued that the aluminium cable is the issue and that is no more in use, now a days only copper cables are used. So asked them to fix it at the earliest.

3rd mar - they visited my house and fixed the ac after several follow ups & informing that i'm going out of station with my family for 2 weeks. They charged 6000 rs for the same.

I could not even check the ac, as we immediately left & informed the representative on 5th mar, not to close the case for two weeks, during the feedback call.

21st mar - i was back & checked the ac for 2 days and i was facing the same issue.

23rd mar - called croma for raising the complaint, but the representative said the case was closed as they cant hold it for 2 weeks. Also said i will be charged as this is a new case. I argued for this as this is an old issue & i was charged earlier a huge sum for improper work done and i had to accept to proceed as he did not agree with me. I also called the engineer who attended the previous case, he said he will visit the next day but till date he did not and he is also not attending my call.

26th mar - today i called croma asking for an update, but to my surprise no case was registered. I asked the engineer to log the case immediately and to send the engineer asap.

28th mar - technician from another vendor, visited the site and informed us that the previous guy has not fixed the casing properly, hence the gas has leaked and had caused the issue. He said he wont fix it, as its previous vendors mistake & they need to fix it and he left saying it will, be done by the next day.

30th mar - no one came so called you guys again

31st - old vendor came at 11am, checked and said he'll will have lunch, bring the tools & fix it by 1am. Not sure if he had met with an accident, he did not turn back, nor attending my calls.

1st april - again called you guys, as usual the same dialogue - sorry for the inconvenience, technician will visit the site within 24hrs.

4th april - again called you guys, spoke to your team lead, she said she will speak to the concerned service team and will update me in 24hrs.

8th april - old vendor had visited the site, did some work for 10 mins and said issue has been fixed. I dropped a mail as well as informed via phone to the croma support saying, will use the ac for 3 days and update you post which you can close the request.

11th april - ac had the same issue so sent a mail not to close the request & to fixthe issue asap

12th april - got a message that the issue is fixed and request is closed. Called them and updated the status but they are saying this is a new request and i'll be charged for the visit.

For a simple ac issue. I have been struggling to get this fixed for the past 2 months. I dont get proper response & is delayed to the core. Now i need the service amount - 6500 rs which i paid for replacing the cable which was not at all faulty, not fixing the issue & delaying it for almost 2 months.

As said to the vendor, we are yet to test the cooling in the AC after the recent work done.
