[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo 3G — Low speed 3G | |||
I bought 3G connection from TATA DOCOMO as on 13.12.2013. I have been using 3G DOCOMO services now for one week. Their speeds dropped back to 2G (50 kbps to 10 kbps). I called customer care service several times a day for 03 days. He reached at my home as on 19.12.2013 and said that this is network / coverage problem. He told me its problem with my area or it is due to congestion. Note: Speeds remained the same throughout the day and night, no change. I even visited as on 21.12.2013 and spoke to their supervisors Mr. Sameer and his superior at Pimple Saudagar Showroom of DOCOMO telling them about my plight with Internet speed being very slow, as I work from home and Internet is my back bone without which I would be out of work. They promised it would be resolved within 24 hours (their standard dialogue), but nothing seemed to happen. I really do not understand what the problems is, coz nobody is telling the exact reason for Internet speed going down to such pathetic low levels. I am not asking for 21 mbps as their sms advertisement claims. Fially I went to ofice again and req them to cancel the conection and refund my amount. Mr. Sameer and His superioir said that it will take abount 10 to 15 days as the procedure is there and doubt that company will retake the device. It's limit!
