[Resolved] Tata Docomo — 3G unreliable | |||
I've been using a Docomo connection for the last 7 months. And doing a 3G recharge every month. It is pathetic to say the least. First of all it rarely ever works. The phone shows a '3G' or 'H+' sign most of the time but in reality there is no connection. I can't send or get internet messages. I can't browse the web. I can't read my mail. Nothing. And I've used 3 phones during this period, so it is not an issue with my phone. They might as well have called it 2G, because even when there is a connection it doesn't have such great a speed as airtel or so. To top it all, the consumer complaint section in their website always shows errors so you can't even post your complaint there. Planning to change back to airtel very soon.
