As per the conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that, LDR service was activated by you on[protected] at 07:21PM through 3GSDP mode and hence the balance of Rs.99/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, as per your request we have deactivated LDR Service on your number and the same will be deactivated within 30 minutes so that you don’t get charged in future.
