[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — About automatic activation of ldr service

Respected Sir/ ma'am, I am Roje Jose mob no-[protected]. I haven't subscribed for any LDR service. But today I got message that LDR service has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind of service LDR is and how to use it. And I haven't subscribed for any of these services. So I request you sir/madam that please deactivate this service and refund the deducted amount to my no and help me out with it. Yours faithfully Roje Jose ([protected])

The money was credited back to my DOCOMO account within 3 days of raising the complaint here. Also, the unsolicited service which they started was stopped by them.
Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
