Tata Docomo — About recharge and tata app | |||||
I have two tata docomo numbers. first is [protected] of punjab and second [protected] from haryana. i downloaded tata docomo app in my phone . i checked my best offer in this app for my punjab number [protected]. which was 300mb data in 46rs for 28 days. i recharged 46rs from dealer .on 18 may 2016. but after that in 46 rs no data or no balance recived on my number [protected]. when i call paid customer number there is not satisfied responce and when i trying to reachrged from tata app it is also not working so i am sad in this connection and want to change in other network. However, the same was not possible as the number was not reachable. we would like to inform you that the recharge of RC46 on dated[protected] at 12:09PM was active on your number and the same you have been credited with the talk time of Rs.46/-.Kindly note that as the recharge has been done in a normal mode (Top up mode), hence you have been credited with the talk time only and the exact benefits have been not credited for your account. Kindly note that, as per our SMS, which is a special one day and one time offer for your number, the benefits are provided if the recharge is done on the same day itself and in special mode through EVD (retailer) only.
