Tata Docomo — about unknown service activation

Respected Sir/ ma'am, I am Deepti shukla mob no-[protected]. I haven't subscribed for any LDR service. But today i got message that LDR service has been activated on my no. Before activation my balance was 89.80 rupees. But today 87.69 rupees has been deducted from my balance showing that LDR service has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind of service LDR is and how to use it. And i haven't subscribed for any of these services. i request you sir/maam that please refund my balance in my no and help me out with it. Yours faithfully Deepti shukla no-[protected]

NOT REFUND OF DEPOSIT AFTER DEACTIVATION - TATA POSTPAID Sir, I was a tata
docomo postpaid customer, I took a free S.T.D & LOCAL calls plan.(RS 899)
but due to excess bill amount i deactivated my postpaid number. But till
now don't receive my security deposit amount. I also try to complaint at
tatadocomo office, govind nagar, kanpur but my complaint was not being
accepted. Please take action to expedite the metter.My address is also
changed.My resent address is O-99, Phase-1, TatyaTope Nagar, Kanpur. Name:

This is with reference to your complaint regarding balance deduction for your Tata Docomo connection. In this regards, we would like to inform you that for subscription of LDR, downloaded by you, through WAP mode, Rs. 87.69/- has got deducted from your main balance. Please be informed that we do not activate or deduct any balance without your consent. We can clearly see that the service was activated at your end through WAP on 06-Jul-2015, 01:05:31 hours.

Kindly make a note that all our systems are accurate and unless there is a download at your end there would not be any deduction.

We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service; we can clearly see that you had given multiple confirmations to activate this service through WAP mode (from handset).

Since you are valuable customer of Tata Tele services ltd, deducted amount of Rs 87.69/- has been refunded back to your account. Please check your balance by dialing *111#. We would request you to please be extra careful while browsing any website or dialing any short codes in future.
