[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Accounting method for recharging the internet services | |||
The company takes into account (a)date of recharging (b)date of validity together. In other words, it announces for 28 days whereas it provides services for 27 days. Suppose, I recharge on 1st then my validity is valid upto 27th and not 28th as per scheme. This small error should be rectified but the company does not hear about it.( Recharge done on 17th Sept but it is valid only upto 14th Oct 2016).
