Tata Docomo — Activated new paln without taking my opinion | |||
Before I was on Tata DoCoMo 350/- paln, 3G net pack 1gb and 2g unlimited, Now they activated new plan without my opinion, they are telling now it activated automatically as per company norms, then what about customer norms??? your company will not take customer opinion before activating any plan?? so i called so many times to change my post paid plan to prepaid but they assuring but not yet done. so kindly do the needful and take necessary action against them.
