[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Activation of services | |||
Hello, I purchased Tata Photon Max Wi-fi connection from Tata Docomo shop online on 8th July 2014. I received the device on Saturday i.e. 12th July 2014 and also submitted all the required documents to the representative who delivered the device. I waited till tuesday (15th July) for my device activation as suggested by the rep but no one even bothered to call me or activate my device. Since then i've called Customer Care on [protected] and they've done nothing but given empty promises and excuses. Since my connection is not activated, I don't have any docomo phone number for my new connection. My order# EC[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
