Tata Docomo — Again, TATA repeatedly detected my mail balance

Again, TATA repeatedly detected my mail balance One of my free recharged / gifted 100MB free Internet usage for me & informed to check for the current speed & let him know & others Yesterday when I can using the free 100MB Internet, I got the message” LOW balance”. Checked the balance its read 0.06Rs & 2MB free data is remaining. When I called TATA customer care informed due to multiple Internet usage, they have detected Main balance Rs. 241/- Informed the supervisor Balram, that still 2MB is remaining in my free Internet usage. They informing that they charge Rs 10 per MB, though I informed them that still the 2MB free data is remaining why they have to detect the money from my main balance So please have a check & help me Looking forward for your prompt & positive action Warm Regards Rizwan Khan
