Tata Docomo — Amount deduction from main balance without any information

Hi, Amount of 514 INR was deducted from my balance without any information. When I called customer care the executive said it was deducted because of excessive data usage but my data pack is still under limit. The agent was not able provide any proper answer. My mobile number is [protected] . I want proper explanation for the deduction or else I want full refund of the amount.
