[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — amt deducted from my account without my permission

Mobile no. [protected] My balance was deducted by Rs.35/- today. When i talked to cust care he told me that a service has been activated by me through net. II requested that I did not activate any such service. And refund my deducted amt. But my amt was not refunded. I want to tell you that the amt was deducted without my permission & confirmation. This had happen before also. And after my reqest company refunded the amount. This is wrong practice that without any confirmation from customer, you are deducting the balance. My no. Is [protected]. Plz refund my balance. (Rakesh)

I tried to speak you personally regarding balance deduction concern Related, however the same was not possible as the number was not reachable.

In this regards, we would like to inform you that as per checking our records we found that AppyStoreWeekly service was activated by you on[protected] at 07:22 Pm through WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.35/- has been deducted.

We take multiple confirmation from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, as per your request we have already deactivated all Value Added Services so that you don’t get charged in future.

Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.35/- has been credited to your account as a one time goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated[protected] at 07:07 Pm.

I request you to please be careful while browsing (Apps/website) or dialing any short codes. All our systems are accurate and unless there is a subscription at your end there would not be any deduction.

Also be informed to avoid balance deductions on your number for VAS services you need to deactivate the service by dialing the number 155223 from your Tata Docomo number.

You can obtain any information related to your account (EX: Recharge information, Data usage and complaints registered) by dialing to *191#.
