[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Annoying TATA Docomo 'Dive-In Now' notifications | |||
I've a dual SIM touch screen mobile and I'm using TATA Docomo on both the SIMs. I'm getting very annoying 'Dive-in Now' notification which are not even allowing me to send messages, making calls and intervening on all the apps. I've contacted the Docomo customer care by phone and chatting many times to de-activate the service but no use at all. Also the notifications are appearing in such a manner that there's a lot of probability of accepting it and I'll be charged Rs.45/-. It's really frustrating that TATA forcibly make us accepting the service. I've the chat screen shot and call recording with customer care and have video footage of the annoying pop-ups. Hence, we request you to disable the flash and broadcasting messages from your handset message settings to stop receiving the Dive in notifications for the both numbers.

There's no response from tata docomo. They've deducted amount from my account for the un-necessary pop-up offers. What a real frustration!!
I am Also one of the victim regarding this dive in POP ups. This is very irritating. please resolve it soon and provide the solution. Money is not came without any hardwork plz mind it every penny has a value since i am the worker we know the pain. Rs. 45/- is not a small matter IF two or three pop ups activated our money gone. What the hell.

I have been having the very same issue since the last few months, and there has been a Rs 45.00 deduction every now-and-then, which is annoying. Please look into this matter and get this rectified at the earliest.

This is one of the worst network guys. Do not trust Tata Docomo.. They simply send those push messages and charge the customer. Please convert to some other network
Recently I had converted to Postpaid and from that day I am not able to make any outgoing calls. Its been almost 3 months but still the issue is not yet resolved. I had made nearly 100 complaints but the talented TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT is not able to resolve the issue. But everymonth I used to get a bill of 500rs. Finally after 3 months I have converted to prepaid so that I can port to other networks but for that they have asked me to pay all the due bills for the last 3 months. Not only me heard the same issue from most of them in few forums. This is the new technique following by Tata docomo to get the money.
So never trust this network guys.. Beware of it and change it to some other network.
