[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Automatic activation from ta-huwwap | |||
Sir, I am Chandrani Mitra and My TATA DoCoMo number is [protected]. Rs 59.48 have been deducted from my balance on 15th October 2015. I got a message from TA-HUWWAP stating that " Vcomics is activated at Rs59.48 for 30days.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to155223(Free)" and Rs 59.48 was deducted. I have DND activated and I have not activated any such service by any means. I am using Tata DoCoMo from 2009. I never go through such situation during this period. Kindly look into the matter and help me to get refund of my balance. As I belong from a lower middle cast family it will be grateful if I get refund of balance & I don’t even use the service for a moment, you can check it from my number’s account. As per your request we have already deactivated all Value Added Services and as of now there are no value added services are active. However being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.59.48/- has been successfully credited to your account as a goodwill gesture with the docket numbers ABAL[protected]. Kindly note that the any services will be activated post confirmation (multiple times) from your end we request you to please be careful while browsing (Apps/website) or dialing any short codes.
