On 22nd July, 2014 I have applied for Prepaid Bill service of my Mobile No.[protected], and for that Rs25 deducted. But no any email sent to my email id from Tata Docomo. After complaint in customer care execuctive said that you have to go to Tata Docomo center for detais. That is not acceptable to me because as per request detais is to be sent in my given email Id. My complaint No. is PB080511. So please do the needful....

Purchased photon plus device and a pre paid 3 month 5GB plan in Bangalore (number [protected] a/c Id:[protected]. It didnot work from day one. Lodged complaint. They attempted but couldnot rectify it. Meantime 3 month period expired without using the product service. My investment gone waste. I mailed them that I dont need their services anymore. Then I switched over to a different service provider with an excellent customer focused services....

dive in now flash message

I am getting repeated Dive in now flash messages which they wont go out and are comes once after another continuously which makes me frustrated.these flash messages irritates me while I am messaging . If we touch this messages by mistakenly it will charges as these flash messages comes suddenly while we operating our cell phones normally .I have also contacted customer care, they also do not known proper solution to stop flash messages....

Plans are not Transperent / Bad & Pathetic Post Paid Service

I took a Post paid connection in Tata Docomo, the sales guys tortured me calling so many times pushed me into this post paid ... Did a great mistake I should have remained in the Airtel Service its far better than Tata Docomo. Please don't prefer for Tata Docomo, I need to wait for another 3 months to change this...

Internet not working for 4 days in a row

Customer Care did not accept for any plan change after calling several time and keep imposing old bill. Several times I have called the customer care to change the bill plan and they keep adding the bill without changing the bill plan. And, since I did not pay bill they are now imposing charges for impending bills to cover there faults. I would say pathetic Service with pathetic connection....

cheating customers with false promises
