Debited my Rs 192.20 from main account.. for browsing when I have remained 3G Data balance.

In my Tata Docomo prepaid no. 3G data balance was remain but on 9 july during browsing they cut Rs 192.20 from my main balance and a message display that you have only Rs 0.06 in my prepaid mobile no. But when I checked my 3G data balance it showed that still I have 6mb 3G data in my prepaid no. And when I call customer care they promised me to refund my debited Rs 192.20 in 24 hrs but debited balance is not refunded from more than 48 hrs...

regarding deduction of my balance

my no. is [protected].i recharged on 10/7/2014.the company doesn't give me the 750MB data and when i Used net they deducted my bal of Rs.140.when i noticed that my bal was deducted then i call customer care but they refuse to refund my bal and cut the call.And after that when i again tried to call customer care the call is not directed to customer care representive.now i am highly disapponted with poor service of tata docomo.please help me...

Unwanted Service Messages (Popup Messages of Data Usage / Balance)

Network Issue 421845025

Even if I get network, its hardly for 5 - 10 seconds and again there is no signal. Worst network coverage

Tata Docomo network has gone down miserably since May14 in Kalyaninagr Pune.I cann't make call. Anyone trying to call me gets connected after 8-10 attempts, even though it shows full signal. It is complete disaster. Tata Docomo when it will be solved? Otherwise i have to port to other provider....

Deduction from main balance without prior intimation
