Service Discontinued in Bihar

Docomo has discontinued its services in Bihar. And providing basic network (2g ICR on Aircel or Reliance) only for receiving and making calls. It means you cannot use rate cutters, Internet or any VAS. So its useless in smartphone. Also day by day it getting difficult to get recharges of Tata Docomo from retailers here. Extra amount charged on tata photan - account no. 918534304

I Have received the bill for the month May'14 / June'14 & bill amount is Rs 826..

Earlier I have received a mail that say, if we make online payment 250 MB data will be free.

Hense, my total extra usage will be 35 MB only.

Fyr calculation is as below

Tariif: 2GB (2048 MB) FREE @ Rs 450
My total usage : 2333 MB

Cancellation haven't been done

I subscribed the post paid type Tata Docomo dongle based Internet on 14, Dec 2013, initially I paid 4999 for three months. My account no. is [protected]. After starting using it, within two days I felt the Internet speed is not up to the level, when I am buying it, they promised that I will get at least 50% of max speed, but most of the time I will not even get 20%. Deduction of huge amount of balance for internet while the internet pack is still valid
