deactivate my postpaid connection

Deduction of mobile balance without any reason.

Tata docomo postpaid connection not activated

Hi, Amount of 514 INR was deducted from my balance without any information. When I called customer care the executive said it was deducted because of excessive data usage but my data pack is still under limit. The agent was not able provide any proper answer. Unsuccessful recharge but money not refunded
