complaint for balance deduction

hello my .name is akshay shah,from Surat.... I was done the recharge of 95rs on 10Aug 2013 for internet pack,but today at morning I got charged by the Tata Docomo company.... they cut my full balance of approximately 70rs.... then . I call at customer care of that company but the customer care employee . say me that my internet pack mb had been finished but sir how can be finished the one gb of data in just 10 days...?!! so please sir help...

slow speed of internet

i am using no of tata docomo in up west circle since eight months. internet connection problem

I'm really frustrated with TaTa Docomo... Im facing problems after problem and till now nothing is solved inspite of my complaints to Customer Care and Nodal officer . my problems.
1. Speed is very slow (2-10 kb/ps), and sometimes the page does'nt open at all. Maximum days at night is shows "Packet data:Authentication failed" or "Service not available" and when i call CC they dont receive the call or say...

Tata Docomo - Asking Payment for worst service

Dear sir/Madam,

I took tata docomo 3G connection before 9 months,

It worked fine for first 3 months after that speed is very poor. network error while using gprs

i am using tata docomo for a long time, i mainly use it for gprs but nowadays when i connecting using nokia c2 03 it shows network error. after that trouble i have used it on many gadgets but it shows same error.....wtf....please fix this error otherwise i will port my sim to another network provider...shame on you ratan tata your docomo is worthless...hehehehe...

Non Receipt of recharge Top up amount Rs 200

I recharged my mobile no.[protected] with Rs 200 through internet banking on 17 Aug 2013.The amount was debited from my SBI account but the recharge was not successful and it was not credited to my mobile account.TheSBI Ref.No for my Online SBI Transaction is IGL 1277620.Please arrange refund of Rs 200 to my account at the earliest....

After 2 times recharge benefits not get

Hi Iam Manmohan And my no [protected]. i recharge my account with 29 on 16/08/2013 (STD calls 30 paise) anf after 2 mint i recharge with Rs 250. But when i call to any STD no docomo charge 1 paisa per second (my default pack). So i recharge again with 29 on 17 August. But on 17/August my call rates are 30 paise but on 18/ August my call rates again converted to 1 paisa per second. Not Plz refund my 29 Rs and convert my call rates to 30 paisa.br...

Generation of bill even after cancelling the service

I had taken the Tata Docomo net setter postpaid connection(Account No.[protected] in jan 2013 by paying 2 months bill in advance and used it very happily for 3 months. When i got 3rd month's bill on April 3rd (saying March 13th BIll) i couldn’t pay it because of some net banking issue. And since the service got disconnected by itself in a few days. The bill amount was Rs. 571. Again May 9th (saying April 13th bill) I got my next bill....
