Please reactivate my Tata do co mo data card please...

My sim number suddenly became invalid and I have linked so many accounts to this number, there's no intimation of service stopping and when I m trying to call customer care I am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.
On 5th of Dec 2021 I've checked the Validity which is upto 2026 then after 2 days I've checked,...

I am Himanshu Gupta and i had Tata docomo sim since 2008 and later i have port my sim to Airtel and few months back my sim got deactivated.

I have checked with Airtel and they said that they asked to contact docomo as sim belongs to you.

I have checked and found that this sim has not been assigned to anyone.

My number is linked with my bank account, passport and linked with...

I had requested customer care to deactivate my account..they asked me to pay the amount and my account will get disconnected then... I paid the amount and they did not deactivate my connection and the bill is still getting adding...I am not liable to pay the amount as the customer care did not deactivate the connection as they promised...I am not going to pay until I get a proper proof of deactivation of my wifi connection.....
