Tata Docomo — Balance deducted from account | |||
My balance was 331 Rs, with 800 MB of 3G data remaining. I downloaded some videos of 250 MB and disconnected . It showed 550 MB remaining 3G data. Then I realised that I forgot to check my mail. I turned on Mobile data, and I started checking mails, suddenly i got a message on my phone. "YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO MAKE THIS CALL". I turned off mobile data. I checked the balance, it was 0.03 Rs. First of all I do not know where the hell all the 550MB remaining 3G data disappeared. Secondly how my balance came down to null. I mean, Tata Docomo people should have an answer for this. This is not the first time I have used this 3G pack. Last 2 yrs I am using same pack every month. Same thing happened several times before, but that time i did not have much balance in my account. This time its heights. I do not know what these guys get by cheating the customers. Hi everyone. Regarding this issue i got a call first, the guy said it is because i browsed some private sites. I do not know what does it mean by private sites. Moreover he is saying its because of multiple site browsing. I don't know what the hell it means. I can see how much data is downloaded and uploaded. There are so many android apps just for that purpose. Still he is saying the balance got deducted because of multiple sites browsing. These people are cheaters. Fraud company. They have not specified it in their terms and conditions while making the recharge. Seriously disgusting.
I am an IT guy. No one has to teach me what is Multiple sites browsing, what is data and what is bandwidth.
Now we can't say anything. If they say my 5000 got deducted for private browsing, then i ll have to say OK. We don't have any other option but to say "OK, I AGREE" and hang up the call. This is a very bad way to treat the customer. Rude, worse experience ever.
